Where is my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Processing: orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 7–15 business days
- Tracking: paste your tracking number into the carrier's site, or reply to your shipping email and we'll check for you
Every order is tracked and protected. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we send a replacement free.
